Get to Know Me
Hi, I’m Keely , a twenty three year old graphic designer based in Brisbane. I specialize in illustration and branding, and I love to build a brand from the ground up. For me, it’s about crafting visual stories that feel personal, purposeful, and memorable. Whether I’m developing a full brand identity or creating illustrations that bring an idea to life, I always aim to balance strategy with creativity. My process is collaborative, research driven, and rooted in strong visual thinking. I’m passionate about creating work that not only looks great but connects meaningfully with its audience.
I’m confident across Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, moving easily between illustration, layout, and image editing. I create imaginative illustrations, build clear layouts, and refine visuals with precision, taking ideas from sketch to polished design.
MY JOURNEY TO DESIGN
As the daughter of a designer, I never imagined I’d follow the same path. In my early twenties, I struggled to decide what I wanted to study. I knew I had a creative mind but wasn’t sure where to focus it. Since I had always loved photography and experimenting with Photoshop, I decided to give design a try —and I quickly fell in love. What started as curiosity grew into a passion for illustration and branding, especially helping small businesses tell their stories through design.

Over the past three years as a student I have developed strong skills in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and I’ve built a design practice that combines research, aesthetics, and storytelling. I love creating work that not only looks beautiful but also has purpose, meaning, and a narrative behind it. Whether I’m developing a brand identity, designing packaging, or illustrating to bring a concept to life, my goal is always to create designs that connect with people and leave a lasting impression.
